Important Information Regarding Minors

IN GENERAL:

Minors must be accompanied by an adult member. No minor, however, will be allowed to paddle without a waiver signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian (and addendum if the minor is to be accompanied by other than a parent or court-appointed legal guardian). There are no exceptions to this rule.

POOL SESSIONS:

Participants under 18 who are accompanied by an adult member are admitted without charge other than the $5.00 A.C.A. event fee (no charge for children included in family memberships who have an A.C.A. number). No minor, however, will be allowed in the pool without a waiver signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian (and addendum if the minor is to be accompanied by other than a parent or court-appointed legal guardian). There are no exceptions to this rule.
